I have been asked about the Avatar for Eldar forces. The Avatar is supposed to be a singular unique character, and was an HQ up until the release of the most recent codex. The question is if this would qualify for the same IC protection from death at the end of turns. While I know that much of the Eldar book is seen as quite overpowered, the Avatar does not seem to be a prime offender or near as feared as other options in the book, and so fluff wise I think it is fair that he has it.
