Well, but it says you have to poop them before you move, but Gate happens at the beginning of the movement phase. I could see people saying you can't both Gate and Poop. Deep Strike says you count as moving but only says that for purposes of Shooting. I could see other people saying that Gate doesn't mean moving for purposes of spawning, because it is psychic.
