At this time the GW site is down for maintenance so I can not post a link. But as of earlier today almost all armies and main rule book have gotten a 1.2 revamp faq. Some of the vital bits are.
1 High elves now get 2+ ward vs flames instead of just immune where the dragon Armour is concerned.
2 KB works again on characters on mounts that use to make them immune to KB. IE if you can count as infantry then you can be KB.
3Level 0 wizard can channel both dispel and power dice but can not cast spells. Odd one.
4Fixed the entire asf rerolls successful misses bad joke.
5This one is my personal fav. If a wizard cast a spell that targets his unit leaves the unit, the spell goes with him and yes if he joins another unit he gets that spell onto that unit. The unit he was with of course looses the benefit of that spell.
Many more silly FAQ's but thats all I feel like paraphrasing right now. By the time you read this GW should be up from sweeping the floor.
