Hey everyone! For those of you who don't know, Whose Turn Is It? Games is a newer game store in Austin. We opened in October of 2012. At first we had barely enough room for 6 normal tables, but now we've doubled our square footage and devoted half of it to gaming space (over 1000 sq ft)! This space allows us to easily have 8 4'x6' tables and still room for more! Also recently we've seen a large boom in our Warmachine and Hordes community and have decided to start hosting some monthly steamroller tournaments. So here is the details of our first one coming up on March 15th:
March 15th Noon - 7pm Format: Steamroller Points: 50 Fee: $5 prepay or $8 day of Players: 16 MAX Rounds: 4 Prize Support: $40 (store credit) to the player with 4 points, $10 (store credit) to players with 3 points
RSVPs highly suggested: RSVP Here
We would love some feed back about the event details, like does the prize support seem fair? Or is it too much? Too little? Do third saturdays of the month work well or are there other big competing events around town?
Also since this is our first time hosting a steamroller tournament, please be patient with us as we work out any kinks
Cheers,
Patrick (Owner)
