Almost all models are assembled and some are primed. It contains:
Orc Warboss on Wyvern (metal, unbuilt)

20 orcs with hand wpn/shield
20 black orcs with weapons in both hands
20 black orcs with 2 handed wpn
30 night goblins with spear/shield
10 goblin spider riders

1 snotling pump wagon
misc goblin figures (fanatics and shamans)
misc orc figures (shaman and orc hero on boar)
misc bits
I think most units have full command.
