I might be free tomorrow evening just waiting to hear back if the wife made dinner plans with friends. I'm very new also(another Xmas entry) but I've played a few times so I at least know the rules and will likely have terrible fleet compositions.
I played in the Kessel run demo last year and I've got three games in since Xmas.

I can be there as well. I'm relatively new to the game as well, but not too bad at it.
