The full 2nd edition rules will be posted online 10 July. I think you have to register to receive their new letter to get the rules but don't hold me to that.
Daniel the rules as they stand are in chaos because the crew at Mantic are being well mantic (see what I did there?), to ensure a quality product comes out by or before deadline. So if you really want them now all you will get is piece meal, enough to play with but piece meal. If you wait 2 more days you can get them off the site or sigin up now for the email and you will get a email notice when its done.
Charles as far as I know you don't have to sigin up to get the rules, you just will get a email saying guess what dinners done when they get it finished.
