Yeah no worries. It seems like more people play up north? Not sure if thats true, but tribes and wtii are literally 5 minutes or so from me, so hopefully wargaming isnt dead down here.

I don't think WHFB is for me unfortunately. I play Warmachine/Hordes if I'm looking for something competitive and 40k when I'm goofing off. I've toyed with Dwarfs or Vampire Counts, but certain aspects of a lot of those traditional mass combat games just aren't for me.
