Thanks John for bringing this up. I'll happily sit around and fix terrain while I'm waiting for a game if there are tools and supplies available.

Also, I will second that the green mats are gross.

I like ideas like this, hell we might even be able to just run constant terrain building if we set it up properly

I would like to help out on a terrain day. Building and painting terrain is one part of the hobby that I don't have much experience at because I don't have a table at home. But, I agree that having a nice looking terrain setting on a table enhances the gameplay. I think it also helps the stores because when people walk by and see well painted miniatures on a table decorated with well crafted and well painted terrain, then they are likely to show more interest in the game.

Don't toss the green mats! I had even asked about buying one. Would love to be allowed to use one or two for malifaux so we could draw all the funky deployment zones on them permanently.

Also, i agree the storage is a large part of the problem for things getting damaged. And would also gladly help in terrain days, schedule permitting. We need more small, preferably multilevel pieces for malifaux too.

If you don't want to use them you're free to move them to the side for the game, as for removing them entirely/dedicating a few to malifaux, I'll ask.

The good news is that we've started working with Frontline Gaming to try and get some high quality proper playing mats in the store. They're sending us a few demo ones so we'll see if those are good and then will get more moving on.

ooohhh yea front line gaming has some good mats.
