    Post-Christmas 40k

Just checking to make sure there are others who are going to come play 40k on Thursday.

Are the new rules for firestorm good?

After reading this I have decided that the movie "Pineaple Express" should redo one of its quotes from:

"But if you do something heroic then you'll come back as like an eagle or a dragon, or Jude Law."

    To:

"But if you do something heroic then you'll come back as like an eagle or a dragon, or Nick Rose."

I was actually going to post to see if anyone would be willing to get in a small (prefer 500, but more is ok) game(s) and help me get back into the 40k rules. I was planning to get there about 4 or 5. If anyone would be up for that, please let me know.

Great! Hopefully should be pretty quick games since so small. And we can all make fun of my crappy, really old paint jobs, especially my OG mohawk scouts (picking up less vintage models for these guys today, but doubt I'll get them together by then). Hopefully can get newer stuff painted up pretty soon. Have a good holiday y'all. See everyone Thursday - I'll try and be up there by 4 and just hang around until.

I still play my mohawk scouts and they tend to overperform. Old school models are cool.

For some reason I didn't think they were old school models but Erin had created the rainbow chapter of marines. I immediately thought Native Americans. Don't know why.
