I wasn't able to get my phone to make a link, but if you go to the Geekologie website there is a sick Imperial Fist termie costume that was put together by a couple Lithuanian guys. It is IMPRESSIVE. They have a Facebook page under roses and bolt shells that shows it off. Video and pics on the FB page. (And I would suggest Geekologie as a great site to cruise around on for fun)

Yeah I think the proportions are what sells it for me. He looks massive even though he is normal human sized, not SM sized under the armor. Also a lot of times the weapons are out of proportion; 40K models are "heroic scale" so they always look awkward when transferred to costume. This guy did nice job making the whole thing look correct size, especially when standing next to that kid.
