I haven't really been looking around, but I haven't seen a webway portal DE list yet. Here's my take:

Archon, webway portal, agonizer, haywire grenades
Archon, webway portal, power weapon, soul trap
10 Kabalite Trueborn, 4 Blasters, 2 Shard Carbines, 4 pistol/CCW
2 x 10 Mandrakes
2 x 20 Warriors, 2 Splinter Cannons, Blaster
10 Warriors, Raider, flicker field
2 x 9 Warriors, Blaster, Raider with chainsnares, night shield, flicker field
2 x Voidraven Bomber

Mandrakes infiltrate and Archon hops out of the Raider and pops webway portal. Mandrakes and Warriors screen and protect the portal. Big warrior squads, Trueborn and Voidraven come from reserve.
