Yeah, I just looked at the few White Scars on the GW site and it looks like they all have red lenses. I said yellow, since that's usually the spot color used on WS.
Maybe the color on the "cheeks" should be black, to bring out the red eyes. Actually, might be interesting as a dark brown or cool black, like a tattoo color, which could represent his actual facial tattoos. Although those could be red, I guess.
The eyes were already up one highlight level from the other red, but I guess it wasn't enough; I went up one more level and they stand out a bit more...
Try painting the eyes like gems to get them to stand out.
