It grew stagnant for a lot of us. Only having like 3 maps to play on was kinda dull. and now they have more maps out sure(haven't played em yet) but they have to compete with all the other awesome games that just came out. Skyrim, Starwars, etc. etc.
The game's not bad, but it lacks replay value. I had fun with it, but I was able to very quickly place it as one of those games I wish I had rented rather than buying.
Agree with all above. Bf3 and mw3 have my attention now. SM got a little stale. But a great first try.
Imagine that yet another GW game product that does not make it. LOL, as some one old enough to rember "Space Hulk" for the pc I find it funny as hell that GW often misses the mark when it comes to video games. Whats even more delicious and rich in irony is GW back in the day said they would never do a card game or a video game of there product, "you just cant have the same quality in a card as you can in a model". A paraphrase of there statement about why they would never make a card game. The lesson here is that GW should stop trying to make it big in other fields. Focus more on what they used to be awesome at, making a product that was superior to all the others.
Chris, you are slighty off here. SpaceMarine was an AMAZING GAME!!! but like Matt said, the replay value is just not there.
Replay value is part of a video games "mark". If the game has little or no replay the the mark has been missed. I don't think I am off at all, LOL. I think GW is the one off once again. GW stick to lovely models and make better rules for those lovelies instead of trying to make video and card games that just don't work.
