If I recall correctly, Tribe is doing 10% off, plus a $5 gift card (must be used on another day) for each $50 you spend.
If they're open, Rogue's Gallery might be doing something. I seem to remember picking up a lot of books for the 40k rpgs last year, and getting a decently sized gift certificate somehow based off of the purchase total. Don't know if they're doing anything this year though.
