that is pretty stupid to have such a big CASH prize. What is the point? At least it isnt for battle scores or somthing even more pointless. Painting miniatures should not be such serious business.

I agree, actually. I think that prize could have been split down multiple categories and some physical prize support.

I think the rogue demons wont be changing (other than the small catagory changes we've seen). I think the crystal brush is going to be somewhat a separate entity. I could be wrong though.

I asked on the Adepticon forums and (unfortunately) have not had a reply. You'd think they'd be there right away to say "Yes, we're keeping the 8 (or 10 or whatever) year tradition of the Rogue Demon alive!"

Looks like the Rogue Demons will take a hiatus for 2011. Categories for the CB will be basically the same as the RDs.

Well, meh... I honestly don't know how I feel about it at the moment... it's possible that everything will be just fine. I'd say about 75% of the time when there's a popular vote, that's not the case.

I read the rules for the voting and there is some weird wording that implies that each entry will only go up for voting for a limited time, and not simultaneously for the same duration. I didn't really understand what it meant but it seemed to imply some entries might get prime-time voting time and other might be up at the wee hours. If this is the case its seems odd at best and shady at worst.
