Like I said in my msg to you, I like the Jim's crowd, we have fun. I also know that within that crowd there are several who have opinions that never bother to express them at large. But, that group is only one piece of the whole - and as regards this forum, they comprise an even smaller piece as most don't bother weighing in on these things - but they should as those people are actually exactly those who have the experience to make things better and obviously know how to work out differences amicably (over chicken wings preferably).

There is nothing personal in any of this - absolutely zero. Just my observations and suggestions. My opinions. If I had a problem with any one person, they'd have heard it by now in far less polite terms. As I said earlier - you're an absolute sweetheart. If this group was made up of Brian-clones, we would never need to have these discussions.

Todd named it that, but good point - I will go in and change the title. Also moved to Off-Topic and unlocked.

I disagree everyone knows one another. There are several people contributing to the thread that are new, and others who I know are lurking that may not know some of the newer people.

Not trying to override your authority, but I have stated several times - it is important to figure out where people stand on the disagreements, and it should happen in public as long as nobody resorts to insults or personal attacks. Hopefully a few others will see that there is an opportunity to move forward instead of continuing in the same vicious cycle.

As Always, though, you should hopefully know by now I do respect your opinion.
