    Welcome aboard Jay.

As Tyson said, Wonko's is the gaming store closest to Cedar Park. They have several Fantasy players, but I haven't seen any games in a while. If you talk to Eric (the owner), he should be able to put you in touch with some of the others. They do have a pretty active RPG community. We'll be having a 40K tournament this Saturday

The truth is that Tenth Planet is actually in Cedar Park, but doesn't do GW games. They mainly do WarmaHordes.

And, of course, Dragon's Lair is the local gaming Mecca. Whatever you want, they have.

    Hello !

I am Pierre, I moved in Texas in october 2015. I'm french, I moved for family reasons (my wife is american). I used to be a graphic designer and photographer for 15 years before my move.

I am into miniatures since 1990, Heroquest was my first game with minis. As a graphic designer I worked for the wargaming and Roleplaying industry, also like a writer for different books about the hobby. I do painting commissions.

I like big battles with "easy" rules like Kings of War, but also skirmish games and boardgames with great minis. The hobby is an important part in my life and I really like to share my skills and experience with everyone.

I am looking for fun games mostly the weekend and as I said, I like to have fun. I don't play to win but to share. I like campaigns and I am open to tournaments also.

    Hey everyone,

I've been posting a bit regarding the DL 40k tournament on sunday (yay so close), but I haven't made a formal (re-)introduction.

Soooo, my name is Hollie, and I am easily recognizable if you go to Dragon's Lair -- that one (usually pretty butch-looking) goth/emo/high-school-labels girl.
I started playing 40k this past summer after a long hiatus since fifth edition, and I am actually putting in effort regarding painting/actual strategy this time (ah, new-found adulthood). I don't really play any other wargames currently (considering giving AoS a shot), but I frequently play D&D and just started with the new edition of Blood Bowl.

    Come fight my Necrons

P.S. If you were a GW paint, what would it be? (Doesn't have to actually be a product, just follow the "esoteric noun/adjective, color" format). You can be a specific type (shader, layer, base, etc.) if you want. Hooray for semi-relevant icebreakers...
"If you were a GW paint, what would it be?"

Technical Paint: MySpace Neon. Is neon black a thing?

Hey guys I live in Lampasas and I am looking for a gaming group for Warhammer 40k. I can probably get out there a couple times a month. I love the game but being way out here in the country kinda hinders my game time. I have a table set up in the house and I love the game but I dont have anybody to play with at the moment. So hello and if your gaming group happens to have a spot open for someone that can only comute to Austin a couple times a month please hit me up. I play Charcarodons, and Necrons Mostly, but I am building Deamon/CSM.
