I believe it even has retractable plank...no, seriously, it does. The little rectangular piece with the two oval holes can be pulled out - at least it was illustrated that way in one of Jess Goodwin's concepts.

I was going by the fluff O' Great Mathamster. It's probably just as fragile in game as it will be in transport.

Mike, you're not one of those "bring back the Squats" guys, are you?

I think the army will be as good as any other army coming out of GW as of late, but wont be nearly as easily adapted to as a power armored army...

I'm in, for at least painting some up. Just put in my pre-order.

Here is the prototype mock-up. You can see the boarding plank partially extended - though I have looked at the sprues and I can't find it.

I can't put my finger on it, but something about the mock-up that seems nicer than the actual finished model.

I definitely see it on the finished model. And on the Ravager that's the place where the side sponsons plug in.

I see it on the first sprue pic, lower left. It isn't a plank, just a small piece to plug the notch. Obviously something a little plasticard can fix right up.

It is the sail. In the mock-up the prow and sail make the same angle, giving it a swept, graceful line from nose to top fin. The finished model has a smaller nose and more vertical sail. I might omit the top piece of the two part sail.

Edit: I take that back, there's two different sails. Definitely not going with the three-rib, more vertical one.
