    Rules released for High Command

    see here: http://files.privateerpress.com/high...d-Rulebook.pdf

Looks like a pretty sweet game. I didn't have time to play it at Lock and Load when they were demoing, but everyone I talked to said it was pretty good. even with Demos, there was a surprising lack of info on how the game worked until now.

I'm generally a fan of deck building games, and this one looks at first glance like it will be a good one. the rules are simple enough that I feel like I got a good understanding of how a game works after one reading, but with enough options to keep playing it. will be interesting to see how it actually plays on the table, but just the rules are enough to convince me it's worth at least picking up.

No one happens to be going to GenCon who could pick me up a set, eh?

Yeah, it does look pretty good. I went ahead and got the Kickstarter add-on that gives 8 exclusive cards, so I might as well get the game ...

In addition to the rulebook, they've been doing rundowns on it on the PP website Insider blog.

yeah I am really liking the rules and the balance the turn order brings to how certain cards can be really powerful but not throw the balance of a turn out of whack.

hopefully DL will run tournaments for it and I can meet some of you to play games with regularly.

I'm definitely playing. I am a big fan of the Lord of the Rings card game from Fantasy Flight and this looks even better.
