Because the lowest YT doesn't have 13 hp, you can't get 39 in a 100 point list with YTs. You can barely do it at 150.
Huh. Never seena plain smuggler, so I was assuming that it ran the same attack/defense/hp/shields as the other versions of the same ship. Like, what, every other ship in the game?
