I saw one of the advent calendar's spoilers was a new set of kill team rules. I love the fluff, I love Necrons...I'm not too big a fan of massive armies. I love me some skirmish rules.

How well do those generally work with the game? Obviously not knowing the actual rules yet, have past variants made it worthwhile to pick up a small group of models?
