    Places to buy bits?

OK, so I know about The War Store/BW Bits, are there other places like that in the US? I need to order some bits that BW Bits doesn't seem to have (damn it). Anyone have any suggestions?

Malory: Jesus, God, Sterling. School girls?!
Archer: Oh, those are just costumes.
Malory: And I suppose that makes it better?
    Archer: Doesn't it?

This is how bit stores work. If you want a bit that means other people want it as well, all the bit stores end up with is piles of crap no one wants.

Great for getting random arms, shields, or heads without buying an entire box of tau/fantasy models.

Not so great for building the latest release army.

Unless you want the piles of crap no one else wants.

I like that a lot of places are selling sprues now. Usually cheaper than bits and you get all the parts you need.

Thats how they get around GWs policies regarding online selling of there product at large discount. They have to un-box it and sell it as open packages and parts. I have bought whole models at 30% off but with no box.

I got a couple of favorite ebay vendors that typically have better prices on bits and more selection than BW bits (my opinion):

    For individual bits
    http://stores.ebay.com/Blackdagger-G...id=p4340.l2563

For multi-bits (ex: all legs from a box as opposed to singular)
    http://stores.ebay.com/hoardobits

Both have reasonable shipping and prices.

I can vouch for hoardobits on Ebay. I like them a lot and they are fast with a good selection. You usually have to order several things for the shipping to be worth it, but they combine shipping and its usually a good deal.
