I am posting from my smart phone. Give me a break...

After reading this I have decided that the movie "Pineaple Express" should redo one of its quotes from:

"But if you do something heroic then you'll come back as like an eagle or a dragon, or Jude Law."

    To:

"But if you do something heroic then you'll come back as like an eagle or a dragon, or Nick Rose."

a 503c (501c3)is a not for profit, tax exempt entity. falls under the 501c codes as well as 501c7 social club . must be supported by dues from members, limited membirship, provide a place for members to meet and interact .

what you guys are talking about is either a 501c7 social / hobby club or 501c3 educational. yu have a better chance of proving hobby club for exempt status.
