    Tentacle Pink replacement

Does anyone here know what the best replacement for this color is? My jar wasn't enough to finish this guy's Tau stuff and I need something similar.

(It sucks because they have a dry-brush paint that is the perfect color but I'm not sure that's even feasible to make that work)

can you not add some water or a medium to the drybrush stuff? I haven't tried those paints yet.

I have some Vallejo Game Color Squid Pink that I have only used maybe twice. I could bring it with me to the store tomorrow.

Sadly I am in Houston right now and no one carries that line. I can order it online but I was hoping I could find something else.

Ah well I could just use some acrylic from Texas art supply. I never realized how purple tentacle pink is.

Looks like there is a Reaper paint called Pale Violet which might be close. Also, could mix Warlock Purple with white if you have it.

Apparently Squid pink is very very close to Tentacle Rape...i mean pink.

Is Emperor's Children pink close? I never saw what Tent pink looks like so I don't know.

Quazar Colors makes a color called Petal Flower Pink that matches exactly.

Reaper MSP Pale Violet mixed with White should do you right.

Does anybody else find it odd, by the way, that the information age has led to language becoming an oblique and imprecise tool where even the most straightforward phrasing is pored over with chicken entrails and bone tossing to divine the true meaning?

Its cool I found something that footed the bill well enough. It wasn't exactly formulated for miniatures but its acrylic and flows well enough, just isn't as "bright" as tentacle pink.

I hate Reaper paint. I had a red paint that after using it for two years has turns pink if i add water to it when painting (as in using a wet brush). Very annoying.
