    Note: If you spend any points to level up before the next mission, it gets a little complicated if you buy upgrades for your army (as opposed to your spec ops). If you buy army upgrades, you also make a promotion roll that may rank up your army. It's really hard to make, but doesn't really affect how powerful you get because it just lets you spend points on more stuff, but does not give you more points to spend. I am comfortable using the honor system for it.

    Matchups for the next round will be Frank and Seppuku playing mission 203 in the winners bracket. Evil Homer will play the Ghost Army and Joehunk will play Granik in mission 204 on the common bracket. Matchups will shuffle again after these games. I'll try to post a mission summary for 204 in the next few days.

    *Remember you have points to spend to upgrade either your army or your Spec Ops. Everyone just keep track of how many points you've spent on upgrades to make sure you don't spend more than you've earned to date. Also if you want to spend xp on more than one of the army upgrade paths (called Military Specialities) you need to make a promotion roll. If you want to do this and aren't sure of how it works let me know and I'll post up the rules.*

    granik, I was actually wrong about Seppuku's total, he has 8 points. 8 points is the max for 102 since the activation sequence is only 4 devices, not all 5 (1 for discover, 4 for activate, 3 for triangulate)

    Blah...got bad news. While in Houston last weekend, truck got broken into, got me for my Army Case. Gotta start over now
    Seeing as how I pretty much have faction ADD all the time, guess I'll take this as an opportunity to jump back into PanO(still have a few of those) with Neoterran.
    Anyway, I probably won't be around for a few weeks, til I build up another army.
