    Libby- Might, Quicksilver, Sanctuary

    Troops:
    GKSS- DH, Psycannon, Razorback-psybolt ammo
GKSS-DH, Psycannon, Razorback, TLAC, psy ammo

How many guys in each squad?

I don't think I would take Crowe at 1K points. Max out squad size on the GKSS, give 'em 2 psycannons and a DH each and see where you are points-wise from there...
Malory: Jesus, God, Sterling. School girls?!
Archer: Oh, those are just costumes.
Malory: And I suppose that makes it better?
    Archer: Doesn't it?

yeah, generally at 1000 points you want more dudes, and less HQs. at anything below 1500, numbers tend to make the most difference. that's why armies like orks and dark eldar are so good at low point levels. The libby would be good to run as your one HQ in a small game, he's got a lot of nice tools.

'86 Crowe, he offers no benefits at this points level, call him a bro champ if you have to.
