To ITC or not to ITC, that is the question. This would allow our local events to be scored nationally. The questions are do we want that?...... Do the local TOs want to mess with it? The positive I see here is we would still have the freedom to use whatever restricted/non-restricted format that we chose and still be part of the national ranking system.
