I will be greatly annoyed if they use it. Not being able to attach my Archon to a Dark Eldar formation will end up being very awkward.

It is officially not in play but I self imposed it and took the pods outta my list.

i did ask and i got no answer. not sure why they did not get very specific to say yes or no on this easy yes or no question. if i had to guess, id say its in play because itc allows it. im really not sure what role the gw faq is going to play in this tournament as a large number of the things it addresses are already addressed by itc. for example, how do blasts work over levels? itc says pick one level and that is where it goes.

got this response from redstar yestrrday
