Malifaux GenCon and Fall releases

Any current players probably know this, but for those who don't: Wyrd does their main big new release push every year at GenCon, including some exclusives. This year's special edition box is an alt version of the Colette crew, which is a wicked cool carnival theme. Plus you can order stuff that doesn't go out for general release until later in the year. (I am interested in their new 'story box', Crossroads 7, which is a band of the 7 deadly sins - in my imagination they probably sound like the Rev Horton Heat.)

They also have their first 'intro box' set ever, which includes two henchman led crews, Neverborn and Guild, but all of the models in the set are Mercenaries too so can be used by any faction. It is weird as in this box, the NB are mostly shooty and the Guild are more melee, which is switched from their dominant faction themes. It does not include a physical mini-rulebook, but does allow for a digital copy.

Ugh. Is anyone going that would be willing to pick up the alt Colette crew for me? She's my absolute favorite ... Just let me know. I'm willing to compensate for your trouble on top of the box cost. Thanks!

I guess i should have mentioned in the above, you can order everything from their online store during that time too. There is an exclusive model free with orders over $100. Shipping for my stuff in past has generally been about $15. It does take them a few weeks after to get everything sent out tho.

If you don't care about the free model and want to save on shipping, i can add that onto my order.

There is a render of it in that link (it is a bit difficult to find stuff as some of thr text is tiny and sandwiched between large images). it is an alt wastrel, Miss Ann Thrope.

Btw, that is a great group, really into the hobby side of Malifaux.

It seems that the Dark Carnival (alt Collette crew) may be getting two important members on Black Friday. I am psyched about it, was worried about the group feeling incomplete.

Sweet! Are the coryphee sold separately? If so, I'm in for those as well.

Sadly, these seem to be a preview for black friday, so will need to wait a few months. Not sure where the actual flyer in the pic came from, i am guessing was given out at gencon. But will definitely be ordering some when available and can get yours too.

Ahhh, cool. Not like I don't already have coryphee to fill in until then. Or like I've been playing at all ...
