How about the Warmahordes finals not be an hour late?
While nice to have them with all the other awards, I think it might be better to announce (or at least post) all the team stuff on Friday.

Truth to the announcement of team stuff following the team event.
Though apparently there was a calculation thing that changed the results? At least that's what I heard some folks groaning about.
Yes, we had a little data entry snafu and we went back and double-checked all the scores from Friday. Fortunately we improved on Day 2 and had very few data entry errors.
No, no one is to blame. :)
You don't stand a chance against epic writing and MS paint skillz like mine:

Thanks, I mean I know I wasn't shafted on purpose or anything (or even shafted) at least I hope I wasn't. It's just a huge weekend and you want to do well at it.
I still think it's hard to run a tournament better, and next year I may just try to work as a Judge, or help in whatever way I can, cause there's a lot to be proud of and I think I would like to help more than anything.
Oh. One goal we can all help to work toward is to ensure that all tables have equal terrain. I know lower tables aren't as important, but it's just not fun to play on some of those tables. And this is symptomatic of success. WGC has some of the best terrain in the circuit, and Adepticon helps too. I know I'll do what I can to donate and build LOS blocking terrain, model supporting terrain, etc. to support the future tourney. Apparently we lost buildings somehow.
In short on a tourney organizer scale, there were more pressing issues, and terrain was technically fine, from a player standpoint, there were several tables which were short sticked.
OH. Microphone instruction or practice would be ideal. It's a stressful environment, I know. But there are ways to hold a mic, most of you guys were doing it wrong. It basically only picks up the low tones when you hold it parallel to your chest. The common comparison was to Charlie Brown adults. It wasn't about speed or enunciation, it was about holding the mic.
Also, I'd advise against using the mic for jokes, advertisements, etc during play. It really has most people wondering if we just missed an important announcement. Utilize the breaks for that.
A microphone should be held as it sits on the mic stand: At an angle about two inches from your mouth, think Eminem not Bob Barker.
Who has the lost and found? My sun glasses are in there
no sunglasses were found in the lost and found.
