I know we talked about it a few weeks ago, but are we going to get to shuffle some of our big army list around? I'd like to switch out BA for Mechanicus since I have more of those models now.

I think this is fine as long as it is point for point
This would be refreshing
What if my eldar are "reinforced" by orks? what if the Avatar was actually just a very Gorky Warboss with a penchant for fire?
What if everything I've used so far is just a really REALLY good group of Kommandos? :P
What if my Thunder Wolves were actually Titans?
I'm tempted to put some assault centurions in my list just to see why people say they suck so much.
I'm out of GH and Sky Claws.
I understand the need, I will have a mechanic for this dependent upon the results of the feedback in the other thread that I just started.

Ok, the battles have been costly, some forces have cried 'no mas' and withdrawn from the sector. As the battles rage across the planets though supply lines do still exist and reinforcements have arrived to those who have called for them.
So, here is what you have folks. The amount of reinforcements available is tied to the performance of the factions thusfar. Each player may add an additional:
Xenos - 2,000 points
Imperials - 1,700 points
Chaos - 1,800 points
Additionally you may remove half that number from (rounding up) from your surviving points and swap those forces out as well. So, for example, if I have 13,000 points of surviving troops I (as an Imperial player) can add in 1,700 points of new forces as well as swapping out 850 points of forces for something that i need more than what is sitting on my list at present.
Just out of curiosity, how did you determine the points allowed for the different factions?
tbh too many changes and concessions have been made to keep my interest anymore. it has let me play different people every week, but i was pretty much already doing that with less paperwork, headache, and flying dakkafex spam. too many factions that wouldn't be allied to begin with, too much switcheroo, and now reinforcements has made previous losses mostly meaningless. i appreciate the work the organizers have put into it, but i really would like to move on from this.
